Chiarini & Associates is an independent, partner-owned, private consulting firm established in 1992 as a professional partnership. Now the firm is an Italian VAT- registered company with its own Board of Directors run by the founder Andrea Chiarini, MEng, PhD and the main partner Rosita Naliato, MA, currently Managing Director.

At Chiarini & Associates, every consultant and trainer partner shares our values. First of all that any success that is not achieved ethically is no success at all.

Our Research & Development is based on a continuous comparison with the first-in-class consultants, managers and academics all around the world.
In this sense we have attended, as speakers, dozens of international conferences in the UK and the US held by organisations such as American Society for Quality, International Journal of Lean Six Sigma, Logistic Research Network, Sheffield Hallam University, The TQM Journal and many others.
